Players may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time and will be eligible for a full refund.
By booking a session, players acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation and refund terms:
Cancellations must be made no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session start time to be eligible for a refund. Any cancellation submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the session start time, including failure to attend the session (“no-shows”), shall be non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund eligibility is determined solely by the time the cancellation request is received. All times are calculated based on the scheduled session start time. The Company reserves the right to verify cancellation timestamps.
The Company does not provide refunds, credits, or rescheduling for cancellations made within the 24-hour cancellation window. Exceptions may be granted solely at the Company’s discretion and do not constitute a waiver of this policy.
By completing a booking, players expressly accept and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
